Personalized and Custom Handmade orders cannot be refunded.

The standard shipping time is within 3 to 7 working days. The tracking number will be provided to you once the item is shipped to you (in about 1 working days.). The tracking number can be used to track the order after 48 hours of receiving the tracking number.
