Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all included accessories.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at supportteam@thefrancisproject.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds? Please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at supportteam@thefrancisproject.com.

  • Items marked as final sale
