Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Damage & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at supportteam@thefrancisproject.com with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Elite Shed Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered.” If you suspect your package is lost, please contact the carrier or email us at supportteam@thefrancisproject.com.
